For Emina Mila, beauty and wellness are more than services—they are a way of life. With decades of experience in top salons from Chicago to Beverly Hills, she has mastered the art of transformation, working with celebrity clientele in fashion, film, and music. Her entrepreneurial spirit drove her to build multiple successful salons across Los Angeles.
But Emina’s path wasn’t just about perfecting her craft—it was about healing, both inside and out. Her own personal healing journey took her to Indonesia, where she sat with shamans and learned that true transformation begins within. She awakened to the idea that beauty, wellness, and fitness are all interconnected.
Emwell is the realization of that vision—a space where all three merge to restore balance and elevate the spirit. Every detail, from the curated treatments to the thoughtfully selected products, reflects Emina’s daily rituals and unwavering passion.

Adriana Peku - Spa Director
Adriana was born into the wellness and beauty industry. Inspired by her mother, Emina’s, styling artistry and commitment holistic beautification practices, she began working in the world of fitness and aesthetics at an early age. Beginning in administration her compassion for client needs quickly elevated her into the role of patient consultant. Soon after her operations savvy led her to a managerial position at one of L.A.’s leading medical spas.
Her journey has deepend her passion for all-natural, holistic rituals for beauty and wellness that lead to immediate and lasting results inside and out. She is a certified Pilates practitioner and physical and mental health advocate. Emwell is the culmination, uniting energizing fitness programs with restorative and beautifying experiences.
